We opened our first restaurant in 1992 with the goal of creating an inviting atmosphere, quality dishes and outstanding service. We still reach this goal at each of our growing number of restaurants.
Our guests enjoy their special celebrations, cocktails with friends or an intimate evening for two in the elegant décor of our Bâton Rouge restaurants. The warm hospitality of a Bâton Rouge restaurant creates the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
Our attentive and knowledgeable staff is trained to do everything to make our guests feel at home and turn their meal into an unforgettable dining experience.
We're famous for our special BBQ baby back ribs, slow-cooked to fall-off-the-bone perfection and basted with our signature BBQ sauce.
But our menu offers the perfect meal for any taste. We offer tender AAA Sterling Silver steaks, sumptuous seafood, crisp salads, exquisite appetizers and decadent desserts to round off the dining experience.
We always serve generous portions prepared fresh from scratch and beautifully presented at the table.
The Bâton Rouge concept is an adult urban restaurant that makes every dining occasion special with high quality, great tasting, generous portions of ribs, steaks and seafood.
For group menus we offer to customize the meals meet the requirements of our guests.
As we have been experiencing an increasing demand for our services, we are currently in the process of expanding our brand to offer more people the pleasure of an extraordinary dining experience.

Our franchise package includes everything you need to get to opening day and beyond. As part of our turn-key package we will assist you during the site selection process and -quiet important- with the lease negotiations.
To create the special Bâton Rouge atmosphere at your restaurant, our team will help you with the architectural design and furnishing of your place.
Of course, we'll intensively prepare you for your future business with a comprehensive training program.
When your Bâton Rouge restaurant is open and running, you'll receive ongoing operations support from our dedicated business management team. Sure, there will probably occur some problems at some point of your franchising career and there might be days, that are a little harder than others, but don't worry. With our experience, expertise and dedication to the gastronomy business behind you, there will be no problem we can't solve.
